How often do I need to service my gas heater?
You should have your gas heater serviced every 2 years. The main priorities for a service are carbon monoxide testing, damaged duct work check and a filter clean
How often do I need to service my evaporative cooler?
With older units it should be every year, preferably before summer as they hold water for long periods of time which can cause algae and mold to grow. Newer units should be every 2 years
